Terms & Conditions

The terms that govern your use of Digital Business Card products and services.

Last updated: 28 October 2026.

1. Who we are

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you and LETS CONNECT CARD LTD (company no. 15432328, registered in England and Wales, trading as "Digital Business Card"), registered office at 107 Sunbeam Street, Wolverhampton, England, WV2 4PG, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"), and, for orders shipped inside India, Digital Business Card LLP (GSTIN 36AALFL6263B1ZC). By placing an order or creating an account you accept these Terms.

2. The service

Digital Business Card is a fully digital service and an affiliate storefront for Lets Connect. What you buy is a live web profile that is set up and hosted on the Lets Connect platform. There is no physical card, chip or delivery: your profile is set up online after checkout and shared by link, QR code, email signature or social bio.

There are two plans, each a one-time payment. Brand Presence includes Details, Social Links, Documents, Blog, Products, Testimonials, Gallery, Templates, Password Protection, Visibility & Order, Contact Display, Analytics and QR Code Sharing. Business Add-ons includes everything in Brand Presence plus CRM, Card Scanner, Get Reviews, Bookings, Enquiries, Contact Leads, Subscribers, Forms and Export. Prices for your storefront are shown on each product page.

Lets Connect also describes Add to Wallet and Custom URL Redirector, but does not say which plan includes them, so they are not promised as part of either plan. Ask us before you buy if you need them.

3. Orders, pricing and taxes

  • Prices are shown in the local currency for your storefront and include applicable taxes for consumer sales inside the UK, EU and India, except where stated otherwise at checkout.
  • For orders shipped inside India, GST is applied and the invoice carries our GSTIN 36AALFL6263B1ZC.
  • For orders shipped outside the UK/EU/India, prices are exclusive of any local import duties or taxes payable on arrival, which are your responsibility.
  • We may correct pricing errors before activation and will contact you if a material error affects your order.

4. Right of withdrawal & refunds

UK and EU consumers have a statutory right to cancel orders within 14 days of receipt under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, except once your digital profile has been activated and used, in line with the rules on digital content and services. See our full Refund & Returns Policy for details.

5. Acceptable use of the digital profile

You agree not to use your Digital Business Card profile to (a) impersonate any other person, (b) publish unlawful, defamatory, obscene or infringing content, (c) send unsolicited commercial messages, (d) collect personal data without a lawful basis, or (e) circumvent our security measures. We may suspend a profile that breaches this section.

6. Intellectual property

The Digital Business Card name, logo, card designs, software and website content are our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You retain ownership of the personal content, branding and links you publish on your profile and grant us a limited licence to host and display them for the purpose of operating the service.

7. Warranties and liability

  • The digital profile is provided on an "as available" basis with target uptime of 99.5%.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the price you paid for the affected order and £100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK, EU or Indian consumer law.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales — save that consumers resident in the EU, India or elsewhere retain the benefit of any mandatory local consumer-protection rules and local jurisdiction that apply to them.

9. EU online dispute resolution

The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and can no longer be used. EU consumers can raise a dispute with us directly using the details in section 10.

10. Contact

Questions about these Terms? Send us a message through our contact form.

11. Intended audience

Digital Business Card is a professional networking product intended for users aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly market to, sell to, or collect personal information from children under 16 in the UK/EU, under 13 in the United States (COPPA), or under 18 in India (DPDP Act) and other jurisdictions that require parental consent. If you believe a minor has provided personal information to us, tell us through our contact form and we will delete the account and associated data.
