When you will hear back
We reply within 48 hours. Messages are answered in the order they arrive, and we reply by email to the address you give us. Questions that include the details listed below can usually be answered in one reply, without a back-and-forth.
What to include
For an order, include your order reference and the email address you used at checkout. For a profile question, include your profile link and tell us which phone and browser you tried. If you are in a market where prices are shown on request, tell us your country and which plan you are interested in.
Team enquiries
Buying for a team of five or more people? Choose "Teams & rollouts" in the form, or use the team pricing link on any product page, and tell us how many profiles you need, which plan, and whether you would like one invoice for everyone. We will reply with team pricing.
Refunds
If you change your mind before your profile has been activated, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. The refund policy explains how refunds work and what to include in your request.
